This 12,000 square foot home was a full gut renovation of a multi-structure property overlooking the Harbor on Cape Cod. A multi-generational family home for grandparents, their children and their grandchildren, AOI was tasked with making the house feel fresh, layered, happy, fun, and most of all, functional for the multiple layers of needs this house has to service.
