In this Upper East Side co-op renovation, we infused color, pattern and judicious layers to create a welcoming home for a young family in the city. Anchored on function–for daily living, for entertaining–we created multipurpose zones in the living room with a bonus bar, a cozy snug room for TV watching, a serene primary bedroom to retreat to, and a magical nursery for a little girl to grow up in.
