Park Avenue Duplex

This project was a pied-à-terre for a longtime client of AOI. While the clients reside most of the year in Atherton, CA, they wanted a space on the Upper East Side where they could relax and recharge when visiting their two grown children living in the city. Adding in a relaxed California sensibility–textured neutrals, calming blues and whites–made the mostly glass duplex on Park Avenue feel cozier, a happy, home away from home in the big city.
